Burger patties
600g Quality Mark lamb mince
1 egg
lightly whisked
2 garlic cloves
minced
1 onion
chopped finely
2 sprigs parsley
leaves only
½ tsp yellow mustard seeds
½ cup breadcrumbs
Feta mint yoghurt dressing
1 garlic clove
minced
12 mint leaves
A few cubes feta cheese
Sheep's milk
250g Greek style yoghurt
thick
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
To serve
4 brioche burger buns
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
4 slices cheddar cheese
tomato relish
salad greens
some slices of beetroot
2 potatoes
roasted in wedges
